These Terms of Service govern your use of the GetSickNote website and services. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. GetSickNote connects patients with independent, licensed doctors who provide telehealth consultations and may issue sick notes at their medical discretion.

2. Services

GetSickNote provides an online platform that facilitates telehealth consultations with licensed doctors. Upon completion of the consultation, the doctor may issue a doctor's sick note (medical excuse note) for up to 3 days. The sick note is delivered via email in PDF format.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use our services. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Pricing & Payment

The current fee for our service is $24.95 USD. Payment is collected at the time of request via secure card payment processed by Square. All prices are in US dollars. No insurance is required or accepted.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, contact our support team at [email protected] to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Medical Disclaimer

GetSickNote is a technology platform that connects patients with independent doctors. The doctors are solely responsible for the medical care provided. Our service is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
